Dear Customer,
We want to make it clear that your review is not true and this could be considered criminal. We advise you to delete it immediately or we will have to carry on drastic measures. We can prove the order was sent and delivered to you with tracking number. Your order was processed on the same day and forwarded to the courier service two days later. It is unfortunate that you made unfounded accusations such as "scam" on the day of processing, even though the process was conducted properly.
Such reviews are not only misleading, but also harmful to a reputable company like ours. We attach great importance to transparency and customer orientation and ask you to reconsider your statements. Reviews of this kind do not belong on the net, but in the field of entertainment, as they distort reality.
