There was a discount available but you didn’t display on the checkout screen had to go back and find it to enter. Almost ended up purchasing without the discount which would have made me unhappy.

What even is this delivery service??? I just got an email that my package was left in a safe place because no one was home. Uhhh no one came to the door. It was left in the mailbox. And on top of that one of the boxes of product WASNT SEALED. Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM SKINSTORE! Terrible refund policy and service
The product I purchased made me break out terribly. Most of the reputable sites will allow a refund after trying and if dissatisfied, will provide a refund (I would have even been happy with Store credit here), Dermstore, Herbal Face Food, Sephora, Ulta, etc
In chatting through with a representative, they made me jump through hoops. Very detailed description, saying that I needed a Photos and a doctor or clinicians note to prove that I had a reaction. They wouldn’t even help me, said that I needed to contact the brand directly and gave me a phone number. I will NEVER buy from them again And will be sharing this experience to all of my clients, encouraging to buy from the other sites I’ve mentioned who offer a much better customer service policy
