I AM BEGGING YOU DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY GLYTONE PRODUCTS
They sold a Glytone product to me. When I wanted to find expiration of the unopened bottle I sent Glytone Canada gave them the code on the label. They checked 5 different ways and said it is not a glytone code. I sent Glytone 2 months ago a email asking if they could tell me with the code. They replied sorry the code is not no good. They said we will take it back. They gave me a link. GUESS WHAT THE LINK DID NOT WORK and everytime I reach out they say I will get a response 3 days. I relayed this to Glytone Canada and they can not do anything but they keep sending me emails to see if they helped. What I am worried was they sold me a really old bottle and the code is no longer good. When they wanted the return it had to be in perfect condition. Will they sell this to someone else. Very scary. WELL THEIR RESPONSE WAS THEY NEEDED INFO ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. OMG I had been emailing them for 2 months . So basically they where bs me with a standard response. I am disgusted . I fave them the info they asked below . As of July 28th nothing back. Wrote them again today July 28th and received the same generic response. That there team is currently working on it . Sorry for inconvenience. I got over stage 4 cancer faster. THIS COMPANY SOLD ME EXPIRED PRODUCT. THIS IS AWFUL AND THEY GIVE ME A RETURN LINK 2 MONTHS AGO THAT YOU CAN NOT OPEN. I EMAILED THEM AGAIN ON JULY 29TH JULY 30TH AND JULY 31ST AND AUGUST 1ST. ALL BUT ONE WERE THE GENERIC MESSAGE AND AUGUST 1ST I WAS TOLD CHECK THE BOTTLE FOR EXPIRY DATE. OMG 3 MONTHS NOW WAS THE REASON I REACHED OUT AND FOUND OUT CODE ON BOTTLE LABEL WAS NOT IN SYSTEM OR GLYTONES . THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE DON'T BUY.

They don't do refunds for not delivered orders.
4/16/24 I've created an order. Today is 7/14/24 and I still hasn't received it.
They say that the order has been delivered and send to me a photo of some random location: neither my door nor mailroom.
I've been trying to resolve the issue with them during the last 3 months but they pretend nothing happened.
I've sent them photos of my door and my building mailroom - there is nothing common with their delivery photo and they just refuse to take any further step with the reason "our information shows the parcel has been delivered".
I have to do a chargeback with my bank.
I had over 15 orders with them previously, no chance of me ordering anything else.
UPD: After I requested a chargeback via my bank, SkinStore immediately issued the refund.

You offered free gifts and discounts…
You offered free gifts and discounts that were expired and then didn't allow me to purchase my order without removing the free items you later did not allow me to get. It makes no sense and is very frustrating. Please don't offer discounts or free gifts that you do not then give. And please don't make ordering any more difficult than it needs to be. Very frustrating.

What exactly does that mean?
