I generally give a 5 rating for your service, however when I placed my original order I was offered a neostrata facial wash free since I had ordered 3 bottles. When I went to check out There was a pop up note that said the product I ordered could not be shipped to this location. I went back and reordered these very same items without the free bottle of neostrata facial wash and the order went through without a problem. So this product could be sent to this address. The only difference in this order was the omission of the 60.00 free facial wash. Curious!!!

Pleasant suprise to navigate easily
It was easy to navigate through the screens based on the topics I was interested in, namely lipstick. It's nice to be given small gifts when a certain amount is spent.
One minor detail: when selecting a topic (for instance Makeup) when the screen drops down the arrow doesn't allow enough time to select the sub category. Very minor but needed to start over an go very slowly to the sub cat.

I almost gave up
I almost gave up. After jumping through hoops (adding more to my cart) to get to choose a free gift, they told me I couldn't have the one I chose. My daughter recommended a product and sent me the link, so I tried again with a different gift. Success! And it was easy.
