Absolutely love our new skirting. Was delivered on time and the customer service are excellent with a special mention to Dana who went out of her way to help me with my order. Highly recommended the company.

Skirting 4 u kept me updated throughout the order/manufacture and the product is great I would give that side 5 stars but the couriers they use are absolutely rubbish hence only 3 stars .

Just made 2 order which I was informed that was going to be delivered today, from the 2 order I got the confirmation from the company via the email saying the both were loaded to the van and was comming my way to be delivered.

Only 1 of the orders arived and I have the fitters comming over to complete the job today.

I've called the customer service and I was informed that due to human error only 1 order was loaded in the van and that they coudn't delivery the second order as confirmed on the email before.

I've asked since this was their mistake and I would have to pay 2 days of the fitters to complete the job, if this could be delivered later today (afternoon) or what else could be done. They repited the same that there was nothing that they could do and that they don't pay for any fitters or bookings done if they delay the delivery.

Very frustrating since now I'll not have the service complete, will have to wait another 3 days and will have to pay an extra day of the fitters to complete the job because of their human error.

Ordered several times from this company. Excellent quality, brilliant communication and a great price. Well worth paying for the primed, saves tonnes of time. Received our second order today, delivery guy was polite, friendly and super helpful 10/10. A credit to the company.

Very disappointed paid for express delivery items didn't arrive although it says they have been delivered fobbed off by company saying they will call me back never called disgusting service I will never use them again

First time buyer. I ordered some bullnose skirting board. Great experience! Easy to order on website and they kept me posted at every step of production and delivery. I received my order today, three days quicker (by arrangement) than I originally thought. Very well packaged and protected. Very happy with product, delivery and customer service. Will use again and I'm happy to recommend and from me that's rare.

I had never used this company, so it is always a journey into the unknown. I contacted them by phone and asked for help, wow, a fantastic lady from Skirting 4U answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction on the website, and made the whole experience such a breeze.
Once the skirting and architrave were ordered, I received a confirmation email. This is where normally contact stops until delivery. Not with Skirting 4U. I received regular updates, Cut, Profilled, Primmed, Drying, and finally on its way.
The delivery driver was fantastic, what a company!

This company wins hands down for excellent service! Currently renovating our whole house and Skirting4u have been the best company of the many we have ordered from recently. Website is easy to use and explains all the different options. The products are second to none - finished perfectly and I will be forever grateful for the ‘pre primed’ option! Sturdy, solid skirting with no rough edges and a dream to cut. But the best bit, the customer service! Emails with regular updates of all the processes and a personal email apologising that my order would be with me a week early, as if I could ever be upset with that! I love a business that works smart and by getting my order out early, it could be delivered with other local deliveries, so saving time, money and the environment all at once. Ordered all our new skirting boards and archs from this company, never used or heard of them before now but come across them whilst googling different place we could find. The website was easy to use and the updates in regards to delivery was just amazing, they knew the exact time they were going to arrive which they did very promptly and the delivery man was nice also. They have all been fitted and look amazing, very happy :)

Absolutely amazing quality products, the primed option is a great finish and worth the little extra. Staff are super friendly and helpful plus the delivery was 2 days early which was great, I am so pleased with the service and highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have just received my second order from them.

My first order was for skirting and architrave with a full satin finish. I accidentally ordered the skirting in satin but the architrave in gloss.

I had a phone call from the company when they came to paint the items to check whether this was right (it wasn't). This is probably what any company in this position *should* do, but how many actually would?

It was great to have a company be so proactive and identify a potential issue ahead of time instead of having to deal with it down the line.

The second order has just arrived and was delivered by their own team. An item was missed which was not realised until after the driver had left. A quick email to them and they contacted the driver, who found the item in the van and came back to drop it off a short while later.

Great service, and again, a potential issue quickly, efficiently and politely resolved.

The product itself is fantastic. The choice of styles, sizes and finishes is perfect. I love the fact that I can order it fully finished and painted as it saves me time and effort, and I know that it will be in good condition when it arrives.

Items are made to order and you're sent an email when skirting is being cut, then profiled, then painted so are kept up to date. The items were delivered just over 2 weeks from order.

Two rooms down with the rest of the house to refurbish - I will definitely be back.

We have used skirting4u as they were one of the few companies that did the size and shape of board we wanted for our home, they are competitive and best of all delivered when they say they will. They gave us a date when we placed the order, which was around a 3 week delivery (better than others) and they delivered on that day. 1 board was slightly damaged on the end, but was only the edge so was fine. They look great on our walls and we would not hesitate to use again.

Kept regularly updated on process of my order. Delivery was well protected.
I initially had a problem with the quality of some of the chamfered oak skirting boards delivered, however this was rectified promptly and courteously hence 4 star rating.

Brilliant service! I wish every other company would adopt the same principle! I was updated by email at every step of the process with my order for skirting boards. They arrived today on time and I will be adding a review on other platforms to ensure anyone thinking of buying skirting boards doesn’t need to look anywhere else!
