Was skeptical from the past reviews, but this place had some HH ski pants in my size that were impossible to find anywhere else this time of year. Ordered and received shipping confirmation the same day.

I was a little concerned after seeing these reviews, as I had already placed an order, but I have to say, I think the new ownership are great. I had a perfectly flawless transaction buying skis online from Skis.com. Received an email with tracking, and delivered within 5 days.

Had a gift card from skis.com that was not honored by The-House.com. I found it as bad business, since they continue to use skis.com brand, and sell goods from a domain carrying this name. When the business is sold - it's sold with its liabilities, not just the assets (like the customer service rep was trying to explain me).
P.S. just got a reply 3 years later on my review (obviously nothing material offered except buying from them more merchandise to test if they got better). If it took them 3 years to respond to a one-star review - I assume they are not only greedy, but also not very smart

Terrible Customer service. I ordered a pair of ski boots and paid for the 2 day express shipping. I didn't receive the item until 6 days later. I attempted to reach out to the company about receiving a refund for the shipping. I called them multiple times and sent multiple emails and never received a response.

Skis.com is a Horrible company. Horrendous customer service. Do not buy from them. I attempted to purchase a ski jacket but 21 days later it hadn’t shipped despite numerous calls and emails not returned. Then I noticed the jacket I purchased said “sold out” on their website (the status changed after my purchase).
I am currently in a dispute process via my credit card company. Do not waste your time with these jack rabbits.
Terrible company. They only sent me half my order, 2 weeks late btw, and now won't return my calls or emails about the missing item. I seriously can't believe they continue to exist.
I bought a Roxy Warm
link jacket that heats up. I was very surprised when I opened the package that the battery pack to heat the product wasn’t included with the jacket. Which means I have no idea if it even works. When I wrote them they told me because it was discounted (it was last year’s model) it didn’t come with it. They were not helpful or apologetic.
Not only is it NOT listed on their website (because on Roxy’s website it’s included with purchase). But, how do I even know the jacket works ? I still spent $130 on this jacket. Now I had to find another company to sell me the battery pack and have to wait for it to get here. Very disappointed with their customer service.

They sent the wrong skis twice, and the wrong boots twice. Then I ordered a set and they sent one that was 3 sizes too big. So they sent a new set, in which the boots did not fit in the binding that was sent AS PART OF THE SET 🤦🏼♀️ Now it’s season and there’s nothing available to rent and I guess I’m just SOL despite starting all of this in September, now it’s almost the new year and I still have nothing to show for it.
Awful experience. I purchased a ski package for my daughter as a Xmas gift. I received one item. Called to find out where the rest of my order was. I was informed they don't have the inventory and needed to cancel my order. It was basically "not my problem kind of attitude." Needless to say I won't ever do business with company again. It cost me my daughter Xmas gift. I'm very disappointed.
I ordered a ski bundle. They shipped part of the bundle (boots). A month later, I inquired to see where the rest of the order is and they responded that it’s been canceled because they can’t fill it. I do believe this was a scam to get rid of the boots. Buyer beware!
I purchased a pair of ski boots, Solomon S Pro, and they were delivered in 3 days. In addition, the price was 15% lower than anywhere else I could find online.
Twice I was sold an item that was never sent snd when I inquired was told they were out of stock. Avoid this company.
Just like everyone else I ordered a pair of skis and only one was in stock I figured I’d ask for a update and of course they till next there was a error in there system and they have to cancel the order. I don’t get why they don’t tell you that right of the bat before charges even get processed it’s ridiculous
Purchased a pair of boots, returned for wrong size; purchased the right size; refund was on time; return communications was lacking.
I have tried on two different occasions to order from this company, and both times the same thing happened. Item shows that there are multiples in stock, place the order, and then wait weeks with no movement in order status and no contact from their support team.
I would have to reach out to them to find that they're not going to be shipping my item and that my order will now be canceled. Again, this has happened twice on two separate orders. Done dealing with this company, poor business practices and communication and horrible inventory tracking system. Not worth the hassle, shop elsewhere.
Really bad customer service. Bought two sets of skis and got them within one week. Bought another two set of ski boots, got the tracking number the next day. However, never receive the items. Called customer support once a day, was asked to wait till 3 weeks. Then they could file claim to UPS. However, they just ignore customer's need, and just did not want to lose money. 3 weeks later, ask if I want refund or reorder. Definitely refund, and do not want to deal with them again. Will move to competitors, evo.com. By the way, talked to new supervisor almost everyday.
I ordered skis to take advantage of end-of season sales. And there was only one pair of skis that I wanted left in stock. By the time I placed my order, it was gone. And that's understandable. I received a very courteous email from Lea at Skis.com that informed me of this, and assured me that my credit card was not billed and any pending charges will be cancelled. I am gratified to report that everything was done as promised, and in four days the pending hold was removed. I do not write reviews often, but wanted to state that I was well treated by this company. I gave four stars only because the website should have been updated when the item was no longer available.
