product is ok it’s the service that is the issue. it took 6 days after chasing for my order to be delivered after paying £6 for a 2-3 day delivery. I emailed 3 times to complain and only got a reply after posting on trustpilot. The offer of a delivery refund was made on trustpilot but nothing from my emails with my order details so no way to refund the delivery charge.
