Faulty board
I brought a complete on deal for around £17 it came and I put it together, However I found after about 2 tricks the trucks fell off the deck I put it back on the deck but both of the trucks are still falling off. I don’t know if it’s to do with the size of the screw holes in the deck or if it was just a faulty board. When I tried to refund it they just send me a help guide. The customer service is terrible! I will recommending ordering off brokenknuckle, LC boards or teaktuning if you want a complete for a reasonable price.

When assembling the board, it's crucial to ensure the baseplate is as close to the deck as possible. This is why we send perfectly sized screws—to guarantee a secure fit and optimal performance. The guide we provided is designed to help with this assembly process, ensuring everything is fitted correctly.
It sounds like the baseplate might not have been positioned correctly during assembly. If the trucks are still falling off, please double-check the guide and ensure everything is properly aligned and secured. Please be careful when assembling to not strip the baseplate threads as this will prevent the correct size screws from being able to lock into the groove.

Little downside the ordered Mckenzie Deck had crooked drill holes for one truck. Not unskateable but enough to trigger my inner monk if set up. Not the shops fault.
