Bracelet I got for my husband is gorgeous, the quality is amazing and it was true to size. Was also very impressed with the efficiency of the delivery, I had the bracelet in my hands just 3 days after making the purchase, this is the quickest I’ve had something delivered all the way from Europe.

Poor quality of gold and silver plating - leading to allergy
Several months ago I purchased two pairs of earrings (gold plated and silver plated) as well as a gold plated bracelet (>300euros). I have worn them several times but they have never been in contact with water.
Both pairs of earrings are now giving me an allergic reaction because I suspect the plating has already worn off and Im reacting to the zinc in the brass. The gold plating is also visibly disappearing from the bracelet.
This is really disappointing - esp after following their care instructions. There should be a warning to people with allergies that they should NOT buy the product as the quality of the gold and silver plating is very poor. Anyone else have this problem ?

My children ordered a bracelet for my…
My children ordered a bracelet for my Birthday. They even paid for express delivery but still waited over 2 weeks and had a message from the company saying that something went wrong when the order was placed. I received the bracelet a few days later, but it is designed so you have to have another person to help you put it on. The lock is way too big for the ring it goes into. Luckily my husband was around when I wanted to put it on. The bracelet is beautiful, but just doesn’t work.
