We have had a wonderful rep that has answered all of our questions and has taken the time to set up weekly meetings to review systems and or any questions or issues we might have had. Even despite the time zone differences if available, he has always been willing to jump on a quick Zoom call. The system does exactly what we were shown initially and is giving us the information that we were hoping to receive from Skuuudle! Our users are using Skuuudle and have found it to be an easy system to utilize and get information to help improve our business growth!

Since Covid-19, pricing has been more important than ever in the online world. Without Skuuudle, we would not be as competitive as we are currently, and I have no doubts that this would result in our sales performance suffering.

The Skuuudle team are always super supportive and any queries are dealt with promptly.

Impressive Service & Professional Staff

This is our second time round with Skuuudle (no fault of their own!). On onboarding with Chris was a breeze who has been excellent on both occasions in advising the best way to get us setup.

Followed up by top service from our account manager Ewan Scott, we couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend both Skuuudle's service and their employees. Chris and Ewan are both a credit to the company.

I have used the team at Skuuudle on multiple occasions and always found them to be competitive on price, deliver a great quality service and always be friendly and responsive to any requests. Sectors they have worked on for me include; grocery retail, B2B component distribution, food & leisure, bathroom products amongst others.

It was presented and sold as a fantastic price scraping dashboard, though unfortunately, as soon as the contracts were signed, customer service was non existent. We ended up having to do our own product matches, as the platform was so inaccurate and they still didn't manage to upload it correctly. Full of promises, but the account managers have no knowledge of the standard pricing structures in retail. Constant delays, promises and zero results. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Avoid, as all you'll get is frustration!

We opted for Skuuudle to better understand our position for over 2000 products on various market places and we were not disappointed. having reports tailored to our needs has helped us make quick snap decisions. The output of these reports has helped us increase our turnover and win more customers over. To get the same information without these reports would take someone days to do and probably still wouldn't contain the same data.
An absolute must for anyone looking for price shopping tools.

We have been a customer of Skuuudle for the past 12 months. They deliver exactly what they say they do and if you are looking for a source of good quality competitor data then these guys are highly recommended!

Having dealt with [Name] we decided to opt for a Skuuudle Whizz package. Immediately after joining we raised numerous issues about the service not functioning as it should. We had no solution or response providing a solution and therefore we abandoned the scheme.

They emailed asking for money and I politely explained it was because it did not work i.e. not as described and I have sent a dozen emails and since I didn't get anywhere I decided to use a competitor.

I then get an email from [Name] on 30/07/2012 saying I owe £1,080 and if I do not pay by 07/08/2012 they will take it further.

Avoid. They do not have a working system, charge a lot for it, when you raise concerns they ignore them and then send emails which suggest if you don't pay they will take you to court.
