Darren was amazing

Darren was amazing, he gave me the perfect deal and was so knowledgeable about sky, he clearly has a huge passion for what he does and it’s amazing to see the commitment he has to serving his customers, thank you Darren 👍🏿

Today

Today, we had a very disappointing experience with a Sky employee named Mohammed.

We visited the store with the intention of purchasing the iPhone 18 Pro and wanted to explore the available finance options. However, as soon as we mentioned that we were interested in buying the phone on finance, his attitude seemed to change, and we felt uncomfortable with the way he treated us.

Despite this, we stayed to understand the available offers and finance options. During the conversation, he made a comment suggesting that we would not be eligible for finance simply based on our appearance. We found this comment extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Our intention was straightforward: we wanted to check whether we qualified for finance. If we were not eligible, we were fully prepared to purchase the phone by making the full payment. We were not expecting any special treatment, only respectful and professional customer service.

Unfortunately, Mohammed’s attitude and response completely spoiled our shopping experience. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed by the way we were treated.

I believe every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their appearance or how they choose to pay. I would appreciate it if Sky could look into this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

I can understand how upsetting it would be to feel judged or treated differently when enquiring about finance options.
