I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

Had issues online

Had issues online, came into the store in Andover and Pete was very helpful and sorted out any and all issues.

5 star Service from Pete at Andover

Today I have a great experience from Pete and the Andover Sky store. He was patient, clear and attentative to ensure we found a package to meet my broadband and tv package. I would highly recommend his services on behalf half of Sky!
