I had an excellent experience with Mark Bailey from Sky Mobile. I visited today because I had recently taken out a SIM card and device deal and needed help activating my eSIM. Mark was extremely professional, helpful, and patient, and he assisted me in getting everything set up quickly and smoothly.
On top of that, because of the outstanding customer service he provided, I decided to transfer my daughter’s SIM card from EE to Sky as well. He made the whole process easy and stress free.
As a new customer with Sky, I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond. Your help and dedication to customer satisfaction are greatly appreciated.
