Sky are running evil call centres
65 yes 65 days without My sons phone no working.
How disgusting is that.
So last week an advisor failed to send out a sim so I made yet another complaint and spoke to a floor supervisor whom I spent over 40 minutes on the phone for her to talk dribble.
Now she promised faithfully that she has ordered a sim,
And the fact she would call me on Monday,
She has failed sky have failed I really don’t know what else to do.
No manager will call me yet you have conned me out of money on the promise of a working phone.
So my son lost his grandad and he left messages on that phone which you have failed to sort out.
So me & the wife have decided that if this phone isn’t on by Friday this week I will take a hammer to the new tablet and all the phones and even the sky q box.
I am not gonna pay another bill from Friday and unfortunately I will be ringing ofcom tomorrow saying what a horrible customer service that doesn’t care & telling them all the lies you and Daniellehave said.
Why lie it’s heartbreaking for my son whom can’t listen to the voicemails on his phone.
Now as this is beyond the joke it’s disgusting vile and sky mobile are horrible people I don’t understand why you cannot have switched the phone on instead of dragging it out for 2 months.
You have even lied to my wife even on the day of her dad’s funeral.
So you will pay for your mistakes
So am fed up so is my wife & son.
What are you going to do
