Never sign up for Sky Mobile, they're the worst operator. I had a hard time leaving them. They don't stop the service after the contract ends, they continue charging money, but the amount is higher.

SKY VIP REWARDS ARE NO GOOD
I have been with sky for about 5 years. I've gone up to the next vip stage. But not once have I benefitted from one single vip reward, gift, whatever you want to call it.
All the day out rewards are like 300 miles or more away from me. The free movie they offer is old and not of interest either. I pay not far off £100 a month for my services which is my tv, broadband and two mobile phone sim cards.
Where i live you can't even get 5g.
I dont have a choice but to have sky as virgin media doesn't even cover my area. Sky seems to be the only service that is sustainable for my durastiction. So I have no choice but to pay sky's high prices if I want to watch my television which incidentally I need broadband for. Otherwise if I do away with sky ill have no tv. No decent broadband either. So sky have got me by the B*lls. But like i said, there reward scheme is a waste of time for the likes of me. I wish I did have a choice of another service supplier that is cheaper, but sadly I dont. I feel like a prisoner in my own home due to the above.(lack of another cheaper service supplier)

There’s no sleazy sales where jamies concerned, he will hands down always try his best to get the best deal he can while always seeming to have his colleagues in mind, He’s super knowledgable, knows what he’s doing, and he goes above and beyond!

Staff need to be mindful of people like myself who are deaf and hard of hearing , not say things like if you need any help from sky best bet is to call them , saying things like that to a deaf or hard of hearing person is discrimination, my advice is to make staff here more mindful on how they approach people who are deaf in what they say , better ways would of been we have an assessibility team that could assist you as I can see you are deaf or hard of hearing

We had been persuaded to switch to sky from EE . It appeared a better package. We paid a deposit on a new TV and extra TV boxes . As we were working from home having an effective WiFi throughout the house was imperative. Despite trying to get the WiFi to work with the extension hubs , they couldn’t get it to work. We cancelled within two weeks . However they never offered to refund the money we paid for extra equipment. It was all returned. It took 5 months of chasing to get them to refund the money . The money was irrelevant its was Sky attitude about refunds and there lack of effort to refund any money. Had we owed them money they would have been sending in debt collectors .

I received excellent service at the Sky Store from Dan the manager. I arrived at the store with my phone not working after the eSIM was deleted. He supplied me with a physical SIM and transferred my number. He was very helpful and solved the problem.

I purchased a new phone from your Cardiff store and I was served by Ben. He was very helpful, polite and explained everything really well.
Came in to swap from Virgin to Sky. I was explained everything due to being older and not used to modern technology. All staff was very patient. Highly recommended
