Shockingly poor customer service

Sky are an absolute disgrace! I’m trying to confirm with a HUMAN that I should not be getting charged as I have not used the service for years, but in order to talk to anyone, the require me to update my direct debit or payment method before they will allow me to talk to a human. I DONT’T WANT TO RENEW THE SERVICE I’VE NOT BEEN RECEIVING FOR YEARS!
I have recorded my phone calls to them and have screenshots of my chats with the bots. If I’m charged again I shall be taking legal action!

I bought my new phone from surinder I had a great customer experience with her as I was very sad because I lost my phone and she made me feel slit better and gave me good advice which phone would suit my needs 😁 I'm very happy
