Hi raj was very excellent today and help me cut my old contract down in price and have received more for less now that I have join sky.

Michael was really helpful and even though I couldn’t get the deal I wanted - as not a new customer! - he sorted my new phone for me.

Michael was brilliant, very helpful, friendly approachable. Told us everything we needed to know with switching and made the process absolutely seamless!

Micheal in Telford has been wonderful I’ve been phoning sky for weeks and they have been awful come to Telford and resolved very quickly

Reps at sky especially Liam, were very helpful in getting me the best deal possible even beating my current provider by some distance really happy with the deal but dealing with sky direct is the issue wrong quantity of equipment turned up not willing to rectify the mistake had to unfortunately cancel after 48 hours sky help desk not interested.

Raj was great, he go me an upgrade on tv and phone, extremely helpful, polite and all round an amazing person!
