I had a lovely customers service delivered today by Lee and Chris in Hanley, they have explained everything so good and helped me understand my needs and get the best services that suits me. I am happy to be Sky customer!

Visited the sky store to enquire about their services we were greeted by Muniba who was very friendly and professional .We were told in depth about the offers and what we could get with sky with no hard sell.
Muniba explained very clearly what the package came with & wrote it all down so we could compare & think about our options. We are now with Sky as it was a better price than other providers and came with more perks!!

Raj was very helpful with sorting my new phone out with the PAC code from my previous provider, quick and simple process with no delays. Genuine and lovely customer service throughout

Had a fantastic experience with Munibah. Showed me everything included on the channels using the TV to show me visually. Got me the best deal and never forced me into something I didn’t want, she tailor made the package around me which was a breath of fresh air!

A real asset to Sky, and I’d really recommend her for promotion as this is what great sales and services looks like.

I will now be getting more for my money, rather than being robbed by Virgin.

Chris was a top bloke too, and I would have been comfortable with any of them serving me today, great sense of humour and really engaging.

We visited Chris today in Hanley and he was excellent with us and helped swap over from EE he saved us a lot of money as well

Lee is very helpful and got me new tv package and new tv glass air he addvices me to come back next week to sort the package out with good deals.

Allison was very friendly and helped me sort my sky broadband and sky ultimate. She helped me figure out what I was looking for.
