The worst thing Ive ever done
The worst thing Ive ever done, I requested and pay for the full package 1000 mb, films, sports etc, it's a good day when I get 300mb. I thought it might have been a bedding in thing, but nothing has changed. Can't be my line as BT my previous supplier was hitting over 1000 mb. As for the TV packages I haven't seen so much buffeting since the 1970s and don't get me started on the adverts. Link your Netflix and Disney with us nothing will change; Wrong I now have limited access and adverts through the films. I have set 3 diary alarms I can't wait to get out of this contract. I only joined them for the F1

I'm sorry to read that your experience has been so disappointing. I can completely understand your frustration when you've signed up for a package expecting gigabit speeds and a premium TV experience, only to feel that the service hasn't lived up to those expectations.
It's particularly disappointing to read that you're regularly seeing speeds much lower than anticipated, especially given your previous experience with another provider.
I can appreciate why this would leave you questioning the value of the service you've signed up for.
I also understand your concerns regarding buffering and your viewing experience, as well as your expectations around linking streaming services.
When customers choose premium packages, they rightly expect a smooth and enjoyable experience across all of their services.

Are you even open?
Passed the stand on my way through on Thursday (30/4/26) to find it empty, decided to try again about an hour later (approx 10.30) to find it still empty and not set up.
Came back with my partner the following day around 1620 and again it was empty and packed away for the day. We phoned the number found online when we got home and it just rang out.

Shaun was absolutely brilliant when I met him and he tried so very hard to get me a better deal since I’ve been a customer for over 27 years ! Sadly nothing to do whatsoever with you employees who have an impossible job of trying to keep customers but frankly Sky are dreadful as a company and you are only interested in your shareholders and bosses -I’m done and through with Sky .
