After an incredibly difficult dealing…

After an incredibly difficult dealing with customer services which resulted in me wanted to leave Sky, I came into the store and spoke to Omar who recognised me straightaway from our previous conversation, due to feeling slightly stressed Omar managed to take control and stay calm whilst resolving the situation leaving me happier and much more relaxed than when I came in.
