Terrible service (customer service and signal)

I’ve been dealing with an ongoing complaint with Sky since January, and unfortunately the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve found customer service to be unhelpful and unable to provide a satisfactory solution.

What was particularly disappointing was being advised by a representative to simply cancel my mobile contract rather than having the issue properly investigated and resolved. As a long-standing customer, this felt dismissive and completely unacceptable.

Communication has been poor throughout, and there seems to be very little ownership of customer problems. I would expect a company of Sky’s size to provide far better support and accountability. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend their customer service.
