Met Rich in Westorchards Coventry and he couldn't have been more helpful. I have had a lot of hassle with the customer service calls with sky the last few months which really put my off sky. Rich has completely changed that around, sorted the prices out for me and explained everything properly. Will definetly be returning to him if I have any hassle in the future.

When visiting the sky stand today your colleague Richard was so helpful and full of knowledge in helping me with my sky would highly recommend to all my friends and family:)

Had a amazing experience signing up to sky today with rich very helpful and patent.

Just spent time with Rich switching to the new Glass tv.
He explained everything so clearly and even reduced my monthly bill. Winner winner!!!!
