I have used it for about 7 months it works good. There was a issue in November with listening to a person talk at door. Could not hear person only on play back. after Apple updated there software still worked good on tablet but it is old (10.5 software) I sent them an email and they told me they where having a problem and they where working on a fix. 3 days lather problem solved no more issues. The only other issue I have is motion sensor is over sensitive even on lowest setting. We have shrubs and trees keep setting it off when windy. I may try darking sensor so it is not as sensitive. Overall very satisfied with product. 7 days free cloud storage and no monthly fees.

Skybell customer care is the worst. The bell works for a month and once you end up with a problem there is no customer care. I have logged 2 calls and still awaiting reply with no response for 3 weeks. Companies like this should be closed rather than causing inconvenience to customers. Please do not buy skybell.
