While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They unfortunately have no logical understanding of the difference between a regulated and none regulated bridging loan, very disappointing.
Loan sharks in every sense of the word. Please don't use this company for your own peace of mind. Have spoken to several brokers today and not a single one of them can believe the £20k fee they are charging on a £78k loan for a 1-month extension. In one broker's words "In 35years of working in this industry I have never know a lender charge those fees and I would question if they would even stand in a court of law". We are currently 4-days over-due and they have already passed our account to solicitors to issue a formal demand. Also if you go one day over your contract term, it turns out they will then double your interest owed for the entire term of your loan so watch out. Same company/CEO as Finanta, this conflict of interest wasn't disclosed until contract signing. Finanta push you on to them saying they are the only lender that meets your criteria. Absolute bandits. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this lender, there are so many other decent ones out there.
