As being mainly a blackjack player I've won some and lost some I would honestly say I have probably lost more than I have won but again this is gambling and blaming the casino is the sign of a sore loser.

The blackjack dealers for Sky casino are all really nice and are quite happy to engage in conversation and I feel genuinely add to the experience even to the point where I find it a shame that you cant tip the dealer as some of them most definitely deserve the odd tip now and again. I'm not sure if this is the law due to the UKGC or Sky Casinos own policy.

Don't touch with a barge pole.. especially the slots. They have recently changed the way you play slots and the stop reels feature was removed. Since then it's been a never ending cycle of lose lose lose. I spoke to live chat when they removed this feature and gave me some BS excuse that it was to stop gamblers spending their money more quickly and therefore losing more money. It's not fun, it's depressing almost suicidal. It's not like we can go out anymore so I understand why people go on these sites but it's cruel. They get you addicted offering free spins and once you're hooked that's it they've got you. You don't even win 10% of your money back because of how the games are designed. If it was in a betting shop they close at night but if you're on your phone it's literally available 24/7, and don't get me started on the adverts. I had a bet today on the horses and I seen that the 2nd fave went out to 250/1 so I thought well going out like that from 2nd fave I’ll put a fiver each way on it and chance my luck. Turns out sky didn’t mean to do this and once I’d already put the bet on at 250/1 they changed my odds to 7/2 before the race started. Now I was under the impression that whatever you buy the odds at is what you will get unless it goes out in odds in which case sky will honour the higher odds? I feel cheated by sky for this bet as the horse did comes 2nd so would likely have won just over £250

The roulette is literally a video of a roullette not actually watching it spin, what you bet on the video plays the other colour from what you bet. It’s not actual odds, they give you what they want to give you. It’s a scam. The sports betting is good, the casino is a massive scam, stay away.
