Very fast response

Very fast response. There was a mistake in the order that the support person immediately noticed, called, and i corrected it.

Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service! The customer service exceeded all expectations. I didn't have the correct file format for printing, which they pointed out instead of proceeding with a poor-quality print. On top of that, they managed to arrange for me to get my print exactly as I wanted it, despite not having the correct file format.
