kept leaving messages for the agent regarding if the change to the air schedule would change the fare, never heard back, I called customer service to get the answer. And I was disappointed after the change that seats had not been selected-I went direct to the airline to get them selected. We had an agent we had used with you over several years who was always great but I understand he is no longer with you so we kinda get passed around.

This company did not perform as…
This company did not perform as promised. Due to the Ebola outbreak, we HAD to cancel our trip for reasons completely beyond our control. All the airline, hotels, and other travel providers refunded our money and asked us to consider them again in the future, this is the only company that did not.
They refunded only 75% of our first-class tickets, referring to the contract that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Had we booked directly with the airline, we would have received a full refund.
At first, they claimed the missing 25% was due to airline fees. When we challenged that explanation, they referred to their contract instead. The lack of transparency and changing explanations was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend this company. BTW, the company requested some informatiopn for their review, everthing has been submitted and cinfirmed!
