Same old rubbish every 10 minutes repeating what's already been reported on. Who wanted to keep seeing and hearing about 2 terrorists being killed in Iran? And why televise the funeral on TV? Don't... See more

How’s Kay Burley feeling this morning…

How’s Kay Burley feeling this morning after bigging up the French and Germans in dealing with Putin and criticising our hard line? The Ukrainian Government have praised Britain’s response. We are not crawling to Putin, but then we haven’t just shut 3 nuclear power stations during the tension to significantly weaken our position like the Germans. Maybe she’ll praise Macron again in the months ahead for his peaceful subservience to Putin regardless of Ukrainian suffering. News should be informative, not a thinly veiled didactic performance by one woman

I switched to Sky for my breakfast news…

I switched to Sky for my breakfast news because Piers Morgan lost the plot and I could no longer bear listening to his rants. However Kay Burley has taken it to a new level - is she on a bonus to continue parroting the same lines hour after hour, day after day, until Sky can claim it brought down the government ? When I watch a news channel, I want to hear some actual news, not this woman’s one-dimensional me-me-me agenda. You’re fired, I’m done with breakfast tv news…

Sky needs to rethink about its TV presenter Burley

Sky TV provide a useful service to its viewers, with an assortment of TV channels, albeit at a significant subscription fee ! But when oh when will they get rid of that vulgar woman Kay Burley ? Her fake but aggressive style of reporting makes viewers hostile and irritated, reaching for the remote to flip channels. And really, who is she to challenge so many Ministers about “Party Gate” when she herself was suspended from Sky for hosting her own birthday party, right in the middle of lockdown, and when caught, she fled to South Africa for months ! Surely this was a sackable offence ?
Be rid of this nasty woman soonest !

This is not a review but what I expect…

This is not a review but what I expect from Burley this morning. More interruptions when the government minister tries to answer a question and not even getting a chance to finish a sentence. When the labour shadow minister comes on it will be “ nice to see, please answer in your question without interruption and thank you so so much for your opinion”. Someone should tell her that ignorance and bad manners doesn’t make you a good interviewer,

Kay Burley please replace her

Kay Burley has to be the very worst newscaster ever, so shallow and false. Also, there are a hell of a lot of more important things happening in the world than Downing Street parties, get real.

The never ending story of Boris Johnson…

The never ending story of Boris Johnson ‘party gate’, being peddled, milked and oozed by Sky News and other media houses is now sounding so stale, completely exhausting and Sky needs to give us a break and move on! For days and days,Sky assumes that Boris Johnson spending 25 minutes in his garden, however wrong that might be viewed, is the most interesting story that we are all dying to hear. There are many huge challenges affecting the country and the world - cost of living crisis, energy crisis, a war about to break out in Ukraine that might affect our gas supplies, just to name a few - yet all we are fed with by Sky News is Boris Johnson’s this and that misjudgement every single hour!! Has the man not apologised already - give him a slack! And why would Sky not appreciate and report about the huge successes Boris Johnson has had, taking the country through the pandemic? We are the most vaccinated nation in Europe, the economy is the fastest growing in Europe etc - but of course that stuff is very boring to report on according to Sky - so here comes the stale Boris’s story again at the break of the hour! I cannot bear to hear a word of it anymore!! Sky News, please move on. Find something else really worth talking about! Enough of this!

Burley must go

Kay Burley is so sensationalist, brash and clearly not very bright; if she was a newspaper, she would be the Sunday Sport. Does she think that she is more important than all the news she is meant to be professionally imparting? Oh, and the false, earsplitting screeching. Niall Paterson is so much better informed, professional, empathetic, bright and entertaining without resorting to "tabloid" Burley's low tactics. I won't be watching Sky News in the early morning again until she has gone.

Kay Burley is the worst presenter, she interviews political figures all head on, but it’s fake she smiling and often coy , it’s all show , runs with the hares and hounds , regularly switch off , BBC no better in fact Tory biased all the time ………..

I have to regularly switch this channel off

I have to regularly switch this channel off now due to the some irratating presenters. Sky also pushes specific agendas and is not a balanced News programme anymore. It seems more about certain presenters careers and agendas rather than serving the audience with balanced News and respectful presenters. The good presenters and content are far outweighed by the bad.

Why is Kay burley on every morning

Why is Kay burley on every morning ? She’s terrible , the whole experience is horrendous . Obnoxious, arrogant , self righteous know all who clearly knows nothing other than what’s being fed to her by producers via ear pice .
Ive watched sky news every morning since it started and now watch BBC1 .
Clearly KB is doing as she’s told and what she’s being paid to do .
Do Sky not see how wrong they’ve got it ?
I thought it was just me until I read the 1000s of similar views .
It was great when she wasn’t on for a few months due to her doing exactly what she wanted during Covid restrictions .
Can you not see what you’ve created ? A canny lass from the north , where I’m from , has lost her way in the fame game .
Embarrassing and naff.
Awful programme now . Antagonising aggression and superciliousness is the last thing you need to start your day.

Baffled

I still do not understand why Kay bully, sorry burley is still on tv, it is so obvious she needs to go. She is so full of her self importance it makes for poor viewing. Nial Paterson and Stephen Dixon are firm but fair and very professional. The other problem is nearly every morning there is a news story about another victim group, this country has enough victims already due to negative media. It would be far better to show people in a positive way. I genuinely believe sky news we’re responsible for people breaking covid rules due to their negative reporting claiming we were all victims of government decisions, Kay Burley being the biggest culprit. START SHOWING THIS GREAT COUNTRY WITH GREAT PEOPLE IN A POSITIVE LIGHT. If you want to see true victims then look around the world, there are millions suffering.
