DISGRACEFUL AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY
DO NOT USE.

THEY ARE A CON AND FRAUDULENT.

A few hours after making my booking to be collected from Osoka airport i had to change flight details due to gf be sick.This was over 10 hours before flight would even take off and arrive in Osoka.. I basically requested i need to change booking only just made to now be 2 days later and to be taken same hotel. They never replied to me until 24 hours later stating they apologise for late response and that unfortunately they were unable to contact driver within the 10 -12 hours notice..So NO REFUND could be given and i would pay full cost for any new booking !!!.. This is not written in any T&Cs and they have not responded to any emails since and basically just kept the 98 gbp cost///ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL AND FRAUDULENT

Skytransfer are amazing. Picked me up at the airport at Budapest to take me to my hotel. My driver was there waiting with my name on a board. Helped me with my case and was very smart and polite. Also picked me up on time from my hotel to return to the airport. Again helped me with my case, very smart and polite. Would use again and really recommend. Thank you for a wonderful service which was important to me as I was on my own.

Couldn't fault these guys. Used them for the first time on a recent trip to the canaries (returned today!).

Our outbound flight was delayed by a couple of hours - no problem they were still waiting for us on our arrival through the airport. Our return journey required a pickup at 4.30am and again no problem, the driver was chatting with security guard to the complex as we arrived with our baggage.

Will definitely use again,

Driver was on time, helped with bags, got us to airport on time. Only driver didn't seem to match name on order, didn't matter really. Asked for nine seater and for 7 seat, which made trip a little tighter than we would have liked.

Transfer did not turn up today so had to rush at last minute to get taxi and cost me €23 to the airport

I used them this week in Houston. I had booked the from India,and it was excellent service, with multiple reminders by them even to India , by the driver, and prompt service. The rates were reasonable. I strongly recommend them.
My driver Zhiwei was polite,sent me his pic and his car pic ahead of time, and was very precise to locate me once I came out of the terminal.

I had an exceptionally good experience with Skytransfer in Morocco. I had to be booked on a different flight with different landing time in the morning of my arrival. Advised the transfer company and they were fine with that. Then my new flight was announced as delayed twice - still fine with Skytransfer. Finally my luggage went missing and I spent extra 2 hours at the airport. I told my contact at Skytransfer to cancel my transfer and that I am not claiming a refund. But they still insisted on waiting for me as long as it takes. And they did! The car was really nice and comfy and driver very pleasant. Best transfer experience ever and no extra fees for all the hassle!

We had a great experience with this company, the service is so thorough and kept us up to date with both of the transfers to and fro from the airport to hotel. Will definitely use them again for my next trip away.
