I made this reservation in a hurry. But, Drake was very helpful in cancelling my ticket and issuing a refund very fast.

I purchased a ticket for $108 and was waiting for my actual ticket to be emailed, 2 days later I get a call from these guys saying my ticket was never secured and now I have to pay an additional $150 for the ticket. I asked for a refund because this is unethical and I had no warning that this was the case or I wouldn't have used them and he insisted I should have read the terms of service in the corner if the site and refused to refund me. There was no terms of service but only a warning:

There was no warning during any of the booking process that suggested this was one of those tickets. I told the guy this was a scam and went to the westjet website and booked the exact same ticket for $148

I was interested in flying to Curaoco. On the phone he said he could get me a flight to Aurba and I can take a taxi from there. Both of these are islands and a taxi will not work. I explicitaly stated I am not interested in flying into Aruba, I'm sure this was recorded on their end. Later the same day I received another call and I stated again I am not interested in the flight to Aruba. They said they would cancel and sent me an email to verify the cancellation at a cost of $418 CAN. Not to mention they have already posted $1524 on my mastercard for these flights. Flights which I never once said I wanted. Stay away from Skytrend they are a fraud and you will lose your money.

I was trolled on the phone for 1 hour the next day after purchasing a $350 ticket....this is how it work: ticket is cheaper by 20% from Flighthub/skyscanner.....you buy it and get a email to confirm your purchase....email says to call if in 4 to 6 hours you do not receive the actual ticket.....so you do call and are told that your flight is not guaranteed on the date booked ...WTF.....then after waiting, you are told that if you do not want to be on date standby you can upgrade to an economy ticket with (now) a carry on....and the ticket if now $800.....but it took an hour to get there......luckily they had not charged my CC yet as they were hoping for a "bigger" purchase i believe and i was able ( during the 1 hour call) to go online to my bank and cancel my CC......a big hassle , they will troll you by following a script and putting you on hold many times while they are doing their "best" to solve the issue.....while keep on repeating that the purchase of the ticket has already been processed ( which in my case had not yet been processed )

I have talked to phillp cooper he was incredibly helpful and efficient. He handled my ticket cancellation quickly and ensured I received a full refund without any hassle. Excellent service!
