I've been using Sky Vegas for a while, and my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

In the last 30 days alone, I've lost £1,411.62, and during that time, I haven't received a single bonus. In fact, I can't remember the last time I had a meaningful win or received any kind of worthwhile promotion.

I understand that slot games are supposed to be based on RNG and RTP, but my experience doesn't reflect what most players would reasonably expect. I'm not talking about hitting a huge jackpot. I'm talking about not even seeing the occasional £100 win or any kind of return despite playing regularly.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it feels completely one-sided. Deposit after deposit disappears, yet there's nothing in return. No bonuses, no significant wins, and no sense that customer loyalty matters.

I'm fully aware that gambling comes with risk and that losing is part of it, but my experience over the last few months has left me questioning whether continuing to play on this platform is worthwhile.

Based on my own experience, I'd encourage others to think very carefully before using this site.

I did a survey on sky and it stated a bonus comes in on average every 161 spins,,i have been playing bucket of bonus bass for over a week and estimate at least 400 spins and no bonus,,,stupid of me i know but you expect it soon surely

From experience I can say you will win at first, sometimes a few hundred but after that it will just take and take. On countless occasions I have done £300-£400 without triggering a bonus and giving ridiculously small wins even when playing on high stakes. Please don’t be me! If you’re lucky enough to get a win withdraw and run for the hills! It’s true when they say the house always wins. Some of the games and winnings make me wonder how they were ever sanctioned.

Used to be decent been with them Iver 10 years but the games in Vegas are awfully even the bonuses can leave u with a 10 pence win they messed up the poker completely and sames happening to Vegas I'd just use a different site if I were u the only one worse than this is betfred I loved sky but its changed so much I wudnt recommend it anymore

Bonus feature landed on the £500 major jackpot, but changed my win and paid out £6

When speaking to sky , they said that the bonus feature is for entertainment purposes only and doesnt reflect what you will actually win.

So basically they have admitted that it is all a scam and dont have to pay you a jackpot if they dont want to because its just for entertainment.

Give a few wins at the start then for months no decent wins and when you do get a bonus and win it just puts you back to where you were when you deposited that certain amount so I have put myself on a 5 year time out so I’m not even tempted to reopen account with these jokers
