Very rude and arrogant. Stay away..

Started off well with Slades Estate Agents — the agent was helpful and efficient at the beginning. Unfortunately, once problems appeared, the service fell short. Poor communication,At times rude and pushy, and some of the work carried out by their tradespeople was below standard. Landlords, especially those not local, would need to stay very involved.Always had positive experiences from the sales team so this was disappointing.Unfortunately can’t recommend.

and Highcliffe branch (James) for all their kindness, help and understanding in the recent difficult move for my elderly mother. They went out of their way to make things easier and dealt with phone calls emails and any queries quickly and effectively interacting with other parties. We would highly recommend their services

Dale and his team bent over backwards to help throughout selling my house. They helped me find all the services I needed and their advice and suggestions were immaculate. Their profound understanding of the area and their clear systems makes everything simple. Their charges are clear and fair, and more importantly easy to understand.
If you are buying or selling I couldn't recommend Slades enough

Scary service! The Director of the company swore, shouted and hung up the phone with me when i was issuing a formal complaint. The complaint was incredibly serious, they had allowed contractors in to my home without my consent. This was a really scary experience for me living alone as a young woman. Not only did they enter my home without my consent they left it in a mess with rubbish everywhere and damage done to the property (scuffs and dents in the door). They allowed the contractors in as i was leaving in a few weeks, to put up new cupboards for the new tenants!
The director/CEO is a disgrace and should be really ashamed of himself to speak to anyone with that much malice and disrespect. Be cautious dealing with this company.

They're a discriminatory estate agent who only accept "professional and working" tenants. As if people who are sick are somehow lesser, even though I could pay an entire year up front and offer 15 years of good landlord references. The time has long passed for this discrimination to be made illegal, and the agents and landlords responsible named and shamed.

Terrible, complete time wasters.
Waited all day for a call back that we did not receive, then I call up to be told the home I was looking at is not available.
They should have the decency to let their pottential customers know.
Totally arrogant.
