I first contacted Slatted Screen Fencing Ltd after spending some time studying their very helpful website. I wanted a bespoke panel made to measure to install in my front garden. I am sure mine is not a conventional application, but I was very impressed with the help and advice I was given on the phone and by email and so I decided to place an order. I received the panel on schedule – very well-wrapped – and am delighted with the result: it was made to within a millimetre of the specification I supplied and is very well-constructed, but what is really remarkable is the standard of the wood used. As neighbours have said, the quality of the finish would not go amiss on a dining table!

Excellent product and excellent levels of service. I am a landscaper based in Leicestershire and could only source these slats from these guys. They were great to deal with on the phone and even opened up out of hours for me to travel up to Lancashire to collect my bulk order. Had a look round the warehouse whilst there and they have some great new products coming on line as well - the Tulipwood slats look great! Good luck guys - you're definitely doing things the right way!

After hours of searching online, slatted screen fencing had the perfect slats we were after. We faced a problem though as we live in Bracknell and the longest length they were able to deliver were 3 meters and we required 3.3 meters. I was gutted. However, all was not lost - we could collect the slats from their workshop. Despite the fact they are only open Mon-Fri, they were extremely accommodating and had a member of staff come in on a Saturday morning to enable us to collect. The wood is superb and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!

I placed an order for fencing slats but decided to increase before it arrived however the items had already been dispatched. The company accepted my addition which arrived the following day.
This was exceptional customer service and I cannot praise the highly enough.

This is a wonderful company. I had been let down by two other companies before I made my order (fencing panels were not delivered as promised/ communication was non-existent). I had been waiting for over 4 months altogether to build my fence.
This company were so different - they gave really helpful advice about my purchase over the phone, and they also managed to speed up my delivery when I asked. Their communication was always extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I am so grateful and wish I had found them to begin with!

Great service and fantastic Cedar Slats! After a bit of a disaster using another timber company. I thought I’d try Slatted Screen Fencing. Communication before delivery was good and friendly. Order arrived within the time scale quoted. Product arrived well protected and in perfect condition with no damage. Having used another company who let me down. I can certainly recommend this family run business!

What a find! Did my research for cedar fencing slats and this company looked to be the best value. Being a novice DIY fencer I called for advice and Dave, the director, was extremely helpful. The goods were ordered and delivered within a couple of days and the product was carefully packaged so everything arrived in perfect condition. The only problem is that I now have to build the fence.....Dave?

Like many of us I am trying to keep busy during these tricky times so decided to complete a project I've been putting off for ages - to replace a scruffy fence with a slatted screen. I ordered slats from slattedscreenfencing.co.uk and was surprised when I received an email from Dave the Director informing me that the product I ordered was no longer available but he immediately emailed me and offered a different sized product. The new product would have cost more, but Dave generously covered the difference! Just two days later I received the goods, professionally packaged and straight to my door. The slats are beautifully made in high quality wood - they are going to look amazing in my garden. Dave gave highly professional customer service and the product is of a great quality.
