I did not get my order and could not reach their costumer service.

This company are scammers do not use!! I order from them. FEDEX said they delivered. When I contacted FEDEX they would not help me as they said the address they had was not mine. Tried to contact sleepcloud 3 times via email. NOTHING!!!!

I strongly advise caution when ordering from SleepCloud if you live outside Australia. I bought a £45 item and only after receiving it was I told that returns must be shipped to Australia — something never mentioned during checkout. The return shipping cost was £29, more than half the value of the product.Customer service refused to provide a prepaid label or a UK return address and offered only a 15% refund if I kept an item I cannot use. This is not fair, responsible, or customer‑focused.Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue properly shows very poor customer service. I would not purchase from them again.

I recently ordered the Naturbrow pen and it dried out after one use. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, they informed me they do not give refunds, despite advertising a clear '14 day stress free refund' on their website. I have emailed 4 times now and pointed this out to them, and each time get the same response. No refunds. Not impressed as not cheap at £14! Don't be fooled by the glossy adverts! Also packaging suggests it comes from China - again wouldn't have ordered if I'd known - very misleading website.

I bought an orthopaedic cervical pillow from sleepcloud.shop for £23 and it has taken them 28 DAYS TO POST the pillow. That shipping happened yesterday after I requested them to cancel and refund the order. They said they DONT ISSUE REFUNDS. When I got the email with the tracking number I could see it is a company in China. Therefore, it will probably still take ages to get to the UK. The reviews on the website said they delivered in 5 days!!! Unfortunately, that seems to be a fabricated review. The customer service is really low quality. I have only had issues with companies shipping from China. I wouldn’t have bought the pillow if I’d know it was coming from there. They don’t seem to be professional in the way they solve problems.
