We bought a $3700 twin soft and after purchase discovered temper-pedic had changed the formula and after laying on the bed it become hard. Could not walk my sciatica flared up.
30 day return- exchange in my opinion is a ripoff. If you get a bed that is less expensive you still have to pay the original price. They do not tell you that and infact we were led to believe the opposite.
So now we are stuck with a crappy bed.
Looking for anyone interested in entertaining a class action.
The mattress factory was better to work with.

A friend told me about them or I wouldn't have known. What a deal! A mattress/adjustable base (Stearns & Foster - no slouch in the industry) I was looking for at two different furniture stores was over $2800. I got the same thing at this outlet store for less than $1000. Jeff (Orlando South) was amazing. Delivery 2 days later as promised. 5 Stars.

Sleep Outfitters, store # 35 in North Olmsted, Ohio...This was the third place we tried and I'm sure glad we did!!! I could NOT be happier with the mattress and fully adjustable base I purchased today, all in part because of Craig!!! Craig was absolutely amazing and friendly as could be!! He even greeted us before we were in the door!!! I went there looking to spend... $400-$600 on a mattress only and ended up spending almost $2200!!! It wasn't because Craig was a pushy salesman but just the opposite!! He was just awesome!!! He was very helpful in helping me make a decision!!! If you're in the market for getting a new bed set, I'd highly recommend going in and talking to Craig!! You will be very happy you did!!!

My wife and I have been in the market for a bed for almost a year. We tried everyone but one day went to see Alex at the murfreesboro store and discovered it’s a science to sleep and the service and knowledge given helped us purchase our dream bed and thanks to Alex the sales rep we know wat type of sleepers we are and what pillow helps us enhance our sleep!... needless to say we are very happy with our bed!... thank you sleep outfitters
