Very easy experience
Polite, communicative and helpful delivery driver. Delivery was on a Saturday which sometimes isnt offered or costs more, not in this case.
The mattress itself is very good especially considering the pricepoint I would highly recommend it.

Softer than we hoped and doesn’t provide a lot of support compared to other Medium-Firm mattresses we tried in store. We also didn’t realize that to activate the trial we need to get a mattress protector in the same purchase and bought one separately, so now we are a bit stuck..

Brilliant
We have a medium firm matteress and it's amazing our sleep is so much better and when one of us turns over the other one doesn't move it's great. It does weigh a ton though I need help turning it and lifting it to make the bed but a small price to pay.
