Excellent customer service and product knowledge offered in a none pressured way. There was a good selection of beds to try. In ten minutes I learned more about beds than in my long lifetime. It was a pleasure to buy my new bed from Sleepyhead Beds.

Excellent customer service and no hard sell by the owner of the store Nabeel. Very knowledgeable and relaxed and was happy to show many beds and mattresses and I returned 2 days later to make my purchase. The price was excellent and he also threw in a bit of further discount as I bought the ottoman base and mattress and then some pillows. Chris and Ray the delivery chaps were superb. Very respectful of the property and nothing was too much trouble. They put the bed together in about 30 mins and showed me how the bases worked. All packaged and delivered earlier in the day as requested. They took all packaging etc away. I’d highly recommend this store in Dover. Big showroom and lots of choice. Free delivery and assembly too and it all went very smoothly. Thank you for your time and patience Nabeel. You are a lovely honest man. My daughter and her boyfriend are thrilled with the bed. Your help is really appreciated. Nice to support a local business..

Independent shop selling a good range of beds and mattresses. Needed a small double quickly which was in stock and was delivered 7days later. For small fees, v old bed was dismantled, old parts and mattress were taken away and remainder placed in the garage. And of course new bed assembled.
Great service and v nice staff.
