I contacted sleepyn regarding a faulty bed. They agreed to replace it back in September 2025. After that date upon trying to contact them. Phones just ringing, this company is a scam. No way of speaking to a human. ITS A SCAM, A BIG SCAM. The CEO of the company is N Khan. Hes a scammer, I sent a recorded delivery letter to the office. Its unknown!!! SCAM! Don't purchase anything from there you're being sold faulty products. When you voice your concern via email (they're only way of contact) They ghost you.

Purchased a bed from Sleepyn via Wowcher. After the purchase I got told there was a £30 (fast) delivery fee. I added a required delivery date and paid the fee. I haven’t heard a thing since. The bed is nearly 3 weeks overdue, and they won’t respond to any emails. There is no contact number, so I can’t ring them.
I’ve contacted Wowcher numerous times, and all they say is that they have emailed Sleepyn themselves, and I need to wait for 72 hours for a reply. The reply doesn’t come and I have to chase Wowcher for an update. Then it’s just rinse and repeat every 3 days.
Do yourself a favour and avoid both Sleepyn and Wowcher like the plague.

Ordered a King size mattress on 27th August through Wowcher. Supposed to be delivered by 12th September... Still waiting!! Have sent numerous emails to Sleepyn and none have been answered! I'm still awaiting a reply via WhatsApp from Wowcher regarding this matter. Clearpay won't refund until merchant cancels order their end!! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! Wish I had read reviews before ordering from these scammers!!

Do not order from this company or use them via Wowcher. Our mattress was never delivered, and despite several attempts to contact them by email, we received no response. They do not provide a phone number, making direct communication impossible.

We eventually had to raise a dispute through Wowcher, who agreed to refund us. They are not a reputable or reliable business, and we believe Wowcher should review their status as a merchant.

My bed was not delivered and no answer to emails or calls . I made order through Wowcher and this is the second time. They are the worse av made transaction with

Kept me informed all the way through. Sent me an email telling me when delivery was going to be with a big window at first. Hickup a few days before said that bed ordered was not in stock at warehouse, so offered me the next bed up which was not far off what I wanted and said delivery would still be 20/6. Day before gave me delivery tracking etc, but on day of delivery very early on got a text to say van broken down and will rearrange for 22/6, 2 days later. On 21/6 sent me tracking info and approx time of delivery. 30 mins before driver rang to say he be here and arrived on that time. brought bed and mattress into house and were nice and polite.
Cannot complain about bed and made it in about 1.5 hour with all the fittings there and the instructions were spot on. No issues whatsoever.

Constantly changing delivery date with bull stories best avoid this company
At best they are cowboys at worst scammers .

There was an issue regarding the first delivery date for 2 kingsized beds on their end, they then rebooked for 5 days later. Today, the Driver was late from the timeslot, He refused to take the beds upstairs for my 62year old Mother who has Vascular Dementia and several other health issues, because his Partner had called in sick today. He then brought the beds into the livingroom and there is a headboard missing!! Customer service is a total joke and keeps papping off their issue for Wowcher to deal with! Unless you want to spend your time making several phonecalls and getting migraines, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I order a bed through wowcher, since February and haven't received the bed yet, is still in dispute, managed to contact the sleep factory but because I don't have the order number, but the money was taken from my account straight away 🙃, now I don't have the refund or the bed, terrible experience . Wowcher is saying the bed was delivered, don't think so , 🤔

Ordered a king size bed through wowcher that was delivered in large pieces couldn't move it to the bedroom because it was bigger than the staircase then I contacted the customer service who said I can return it on my expenses which is very expensive,I then manged to get it indide through the balcony and found out that it is very low quality in all details duch as fabric,wood,mattress.
I wonder how did you dare to say the bed is £700 and after wowcher code is £ 325?!
Honestly it doesn't deserve even £50.
I really regret it.

After placing my order through Wowcher, I subsequently changed my phone number and researched their contact information. I dispatched an email last minute, experiencing a moment of anxiety when I was unable to locate a phone number. However, I discovered that the company operates under the name Sleep Factory Ltd, trading as Sleepyn. Consequently, I dialled their customer service number at 01924 277918.

The customer service representative was able to assist me but unfortunately a vehicle has broken down. Understandably, this resulted in a slight delay in the delivery of my new bed, which is now expected to arrive on Friday. Despite this setback, I found the representative to be genuinely helpful and sincere. I am hopeful that by Friday, I will receive my new bed.

I cannot express any complaints with the value of money I paid. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” .

Had call from driver to say he was 30 mins away but then had a call an hour later to say the van had broken down, they wanted to reschedule for 5days later! Luckily we have a van so my husband went to broken down van and collected the bed from there! In the back of delivery van was soaking wet. And parts of our bed was wet!! The bed is very cheaply made, will do for a little bit but will have to replace with a better quality bed soon. I won’t be using sleepyn again!

After reading the reviews after buying via woucher I feared the worst
Credit where credit is due . I changed the delivery address and day by email , and its been delivered on the day , they even phoned to say how far away they were

This company play games quality is very poor company plays games with you and eBay deleting messages sent sending stuff that’s cancelled waiting for notification that tells them it’s delivered and then tells you to not accept knowing you have DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

Ordered a bed through Wowcher and paid next day delivery. Received a text two days later saying I would receive it in 16 working days. I tried contacting them for a full refund and they messaged me jargon about merchant authorisation and because a code was redeemed etc. none of it made sense. Raised a payment dispute with my bank for refund for goods not received.

One of the beds has snapped on a weld when opening and is on its way to the tip. Not great to be fair.Bits didn't really fit together so opening and closing storage on Ottoman bed not easy.

Terrible bed cheap rubbish parts missing wrong bed send damaged my vehicle on the drive all on cctv no contact details no reply to email request avoid this company and there rubbish furniture just hassle
