Had absolutely no communication or confirmation that my order even went through aside from the money being taken from my account, tried contacting customer service twice (once for over an hour) with no response each time, and had no idea that my order was even ARRIVING until the van showed up at my door, which was 2 days after they should’ve been here. Terrible customer service - no idea what went wrong considering everyone else praises it.

Brilliant service. Best skate shop in town. We were looking for new skates for my wife. Nick went to all the trouble of getting extra skates in to try on. Lisa and Ila were so helpful when we went to try them on. Great service!

After visiting the store and trying the stunt scooter in person, which was accompanied by a helpful and friendly member of staff, I ordered the same model online for my son's birthday. It arrived promptly just the next day - however, there was a visible crack in paint on the handlebar.

It would've been ok, not a big deal - was it a scooter for me or at least not a birthday present. However, as a birthday present, I wanted it to be free of any flaws.

I emailed the customer support, described the problem and received an immediate resolution. The replacement scooter without any scratches arrived the next day and for the previously shipped one they organized a drop-off not far from my home. All this free of charge.

I am grateful for the wonderful customer service! Thank you Ila for your help. And I am pretty sure my son will be delighted to receive his new scooter!

Purchased a set of roller bones art ellite 103a roller skate wheels, costing £109 Flat stopped within 8 weeks of use ( average skate once a week). I’m not an aggressive skating pro forming hockey stops etc. contacted shop who advised unable to exchange. Offered me another set of 8 for a slightly discounted price. Lost faith in both seller and supplier. Be very cautious.

As a newbie to roller skating I was having a hard time navigating the world of skate parts!. I emailed Slick Willie's and got a response within minutes. They guided and explained to me exactly what I needed and sent a helpful link to take me to it on their site. I purchased there and then (Thursday at 11:33), delivery was so fast (Saturday 12:06) that in 2 days I had my part and it was fitted at my Saturday afternoon lesson. This is absolutely fantastic customer service.

They gave me great advice about buying skateboards for my kids. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Slick Willie’s Skate Store. While their customer service is generally friendly and helpful, I’ve had issues like stock inaccuracies before, though they did resolve it quickly. Delivery is fast, and they seem skater-focused, which is nice. However, I think there’s room for improvement, especially compared to other big skate retailers. Solid enough, but not perfect.

I'd ordered just 4 days before Christmas, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting to receive my order. I'd spoke with one of the staff on the phone with an update, and true to their word, once dispatched. The order had arrived on Christmas eve making one niece very happy indeed.

My daughter badly wanted quad skate accessories. I found this store after a google search and it came up top in reviews. Took her here as a surprise, was definitely worth the journey as she came out with the biggest smile after getting everything she needed to customise her quads. Would definitely buy from again. Fabulous customer service.

Never used Slick Willys before but will most certainly again! Super fast delivery, perfect item and delivered in perfect condition. The ability to use Klarna as well to get my wife her perfect pair of skates for her birthday whilst they were on offer was the cherry on top!!!!
