They refer to customers as guests. They take messages but don't return calls. They take returns but don't return money. They send products without checking the quality first, or they sell poor quality items. You choose. This company drips with Millennial arrogance.

For the price of the belt which I purchased, I was shocked by how cheap the packaging of the products is.

It remains to be seen on how well the belt will perform, but at the moment, I am extremely disappointed!

Great company to do business with. Excellent customer service and very responsive to customer concerns.

The concept is excellent but found the quality of the leather was not what I expected. The leather shows more wear than belts I have had for 15 years

The belt itself is okay the price point for the thickness of the leather is understandable but its really nothing impressive. I called in to ask some questions about my purchase and to see about another buckle or exchange because it looked a lot thicker and more like a mans belt then the original picture from when I placed order. The customer service is what I had an issue with after asking about exchange the women acted like she could not understand me, mind you I am from Ohio! Yes a mid-west accent but nothing off the wall, she ended up hanging up on me! I couldn't believe it I tried looking her up to complain about this on their company directory she must have given me a fake name as there is no Erica who works there but after scrolling through the list of employees I see this company has basically no diversity whatsoever! besides the token Asian and Arab I.T techs so maybe that's why she didn't understand me, either way I wont do business here again horrible service, and the belt is simply average. note to management hire more diverse people so maybe they can understand more than just valley girl dialect!

Excellent belt the fits exactly where it should, not where a belt maker punched the holes.

I wore this belt once! It would not stay buckled because the buckle won't stay latched due to the lack of any locking mechanism! Due to constantly having to rebuckle so often, the leather was so scratched up it looked like a belt that was years old!

I have 3 completely different belts from SlideBlets and every on is just exalent. Really going to be loyal to this company till I'm dead and have one of these on me when I'm in the casket.

I love this belt. The only problem I have that occurs on a ongoing basis is the buckle comes off when not being worn. It seems the clip that locks it on the belt does not lock or the pokies that go into the belt are not long enough.

Chop it, set it, wear it. Recent weight fluctuations (back and forth) and this belt works like a charm.

Every time I bend over the belt slides open. I purchased 3 similar belts on Haband.com for approximately 24.00 and they are much better than the one I purchased for 60.00 from you. The only downside to the Haband belts are that the clamp on the belt bites into the leather and scrapes off about 1/8" off the underside but I just cut that piece off and re-clamp.

Hello, the slide belt is a good concept, however, the belt slips significantly now, even though it has not been worn a lot. I'm constantly re-tightening the belt. Also, the leather belt comes off the buckle way to easily. When you loosen the belt, i.e. in a restroom, be sure to keep hold of the buckle. It's going to come loose from the belt and find the floor or worse.
I would not recommend the slide belt to anyone, unless these issues were corrected.

Have had the belt for a little over a year now. I love the belt and the concept. However the finish on the buckle is rubbing off. Not that the belt is being scraped in a harsh environment. This is from normal things. Leaning over counters while doing dishes and things like that. I would recommend getting a silver buckle rather than a fancy colored one.

Attempts of several people have failed to make belt function.
Love the look and quality and wish I could wear it.

I wear SlideBelts and my husband wears them. We will never go back to regular belts! Also their team is always super helpful and nice :)

The only issue I have is the buckle sometimes comes detached from the belt

One belt buckle (of two) broke about 10 months after I bought it. I emailed this info to the company, they verified the purchase (I had lost the paperwork). The buckle was guaranteed for one year. They replaced the buckle without any delay. Excellent service. And my husband and I both like the belts and the buckles. Will probably order more when needed.

The buckle falls off when I'M taking it loose. This happens when you push back on the buckle and the catch releases from the leather part of the belt.
