Slim Express 

I ordered a 200ml Proto-Col Green Magic at 10:30 on the 6th Nov. My order was confirmed by email. I then had another email at 15:30 to tell me it had been shipped. It arrived this morning 8th Nov, i was very impressed with the quick service and level of communication.
Having tried the product in water i think i definitely need a stronger flavoured juice or something to mask the taste a bit. It wasn't disgusting but errr i think i'd prefer it disguised a bit!!
Company feedback i'd like to put across is for buyer reassurance it would be great to see a company address and telephone number listed on the website. Had the option of Paypal not been available i wouldn't have ordered in case it didn't arrive. As it was i knew my money was "protected" with Paypal so i went ahead and ordered and was very glad i did. Thanks.

I have been taking the product for over 2 months and am extremely happy with the results I have seen. I am much more alert, focused and much more full of energy.

I initially brought my Protocol from Amazon, but the consecutive orders were placed with SE, as they offered the product at a better price. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my order and I complained about the length of delivery from product purchase. To my surprise, I received prompt replies to my questions, regular updates as to what was happening with my order and they were not template replies.

Although I was not happy with the initial delivery period, I was more than content to know that someone was dealing with the issue. So as I stated to Neil Haywood of SE

I just wish the delivery process would be quicker.

Products (when finally received) excellent. Only ordered twice - first order never arrived after 3 weeks - so had to ring company. Second order - only received one of the items ordered despite paying over £50 for whole order. Still awaiting remainder of my order following e-mails and 2 follow up phone calls!

the prices are very good order and dispatch quick but delivery is a bit slow from date of order. the on line shop is easy to follow and i would recommend this shop to friends

A friend introduced me to green magic and the best place to get it from is Slim Express. Products are slightly reduced for members and it is quick and easy to join. If you dont know what green magic is, have a look and give it a go. I find it works best in orange juice.
