I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I emailed them to advise I no longer wanted it as they emailed me there’s a product out of stock and would be a ‘slight delay’ so I emailed back instantly asking them to cancel the order, they emailed back 4 days later saying oh sorry it’s too late it has been sent?? Even tho I cancelled before it was, so they waited until it was sent before replying. Then when emailing stating I do not want it it didn’t come within the agreed time or anywhere near it they basically said nothing they can do just tell the delivery man I ‘refuse’ to take it and they will refund me PARTIALLY… absolutely scam DO NOT BUY

Can’t even rate the product as it’s not arrived. Delivery promised 3-5 working days. Its been 13 working days and no order. This is a lot of money to spend and be ripped off for so not sure after reading all the reviews how its possible your still aloud to do business. IF I ever get my order, whether it works or not I won’t buy again as your not reliable. Even tried to email, talk to the BOT…. Nothing works. I think I already know if this product will work down to the unprofessional procedure. A big old con set up in someone’s kitchen! Fuming

This is 2nd time I've ordered products worked great 1st time around so ordered again ..yes delivery can take a little while but I got them and I've got items ..night burn is a ghastly lime taste but downed it and no aftertaste..shipping email and kept up to date to the exact day of delivery no problems here will order again ..lost 2 stone first time so now it's bye bye to the rest

After waiting much longer than I was told.... 3-5days my slimjoy water out XXL and fatburn XXL eventually arrived. Looking forward to giving these a go but is there anything to help with the truly awful taste of them and that the drinks leave? I've managed 1 last night and 1 this morning but already dreading the next one.

I ordered on the 23rd June 2023 and am still without my order. Payment was taken and yet here we are a week later no order or any sign of order confirmation. No respo ses to my requests for updates either.
Pretty poor performance from Slimjoy. My last order arrived promptly so cannot understand the radio silence.

I ordered on the 17th of June and I subscribed to a monthly subscription. When I ordered I received a confirmation email. I was told delivery will be between 3-5 days and I'm on the 4th day with no contact from them. I've gone on there website and spoke the bot and all she told me was my order has been processed and once they've dispatched the order, I should get another email. It's been 4 days and there's nothing. I've tried emailing but the email address does not exist apparently because my email has come back to me. There is no number to call either. I've cancelled my subscription and I still want my order. I would definately not recommend this to anyone as I feel like it's all a scam.

I ordered,when it got to nearly 2weeks I started to get worried that I'd been scammed,but no,just this morning my product was delivered,maybe they need to state that delivery could take more than 3-5 days and up to 2weeks.But apart from that I'm confident about this company.

I ordered product on slimjoy and I am still waiting for delivery, it says that package was dispatched, but courier company does not have it. It is impossible to contact with slimjoy. They do not answer emails, no phone number, nothing. Do not order anything from them, the only way to get your money back is to ask your bank for charge back

I've read some of the reviews, I have to say, I have had no such problems. The delivery was on my door step within 4 days of the order, I've followed the program and used the recipe book and exercise program online as described. After a week, the weight is falling off I feel healthier, I have more energy and generally I'm feeling happier about myself.. my only criticism would be, the night burn drink tastes vile!! I started at 18 stone and am already down to 17.3 stone. Thank you for your product and for supporting my weight lose journey. Iain.

Do not order from here they do not deliver im still Waiting after month

I have ordered a product with you on the 4th it’s the 11th and No sign it said (3-5 days) delivery and Nothing coming up on my tracking just the courier track saying when we receive your parcel we will update you,I have emailed you twice with No reply.I should have read these reviews earlier.slimjoke.

Terrible when a company has non existent comms, promises 2-5 day delivery, fails on that and then ghosts you. I should have checked trust pilot first! I have also emailed the various addresses. I managed to cancel subscription online, due to the lack of comms, but wanted to at least get the product I paid for. Slovenia you’re doing yourselves no favors

I ordered couple of products on 17th may 23, and cost me £52.
It’s 30th today and I haven’t Received my products.
I was promised 3-5 working days DHL delivery.
Not even an email to keep me updated about delivery!
I won’t buy anything again from this company 👎👎 waste of my time and money.

It’s the 4th of June today and still no response from Slim joy and no refunds at all.
Anyone please do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered some pills from slim joy , the cellulite attack tablets I ordered 3 packs of 30 days each , we are now in May and they are expiring in June in least than a month, I can't contact customer service as they don't have email address or phone number they only have an online chat with a robot that can only answer a few questions that could normally come up. Now I've wasted my money on expiring products that I can't use and there is no way of talking to a customer service member via email or phone just a robot that doesn't have options for all the answers. Waste of money I will never use this website again. S80000421130 this is my order number in case any customer service from slim joy is answering reviews.
Customer Service replied to my email after a few days and they offered to send me a replacement but due to not having them in stock at the moment they are refunding my money back.

I reacted to these products and after emailing slimjoy, I was told to return the unopened items for a refund. The items have been returned on the 25th March and they received them on the 27th March. I am still waiting for my refund and an email response from slimjoy. I have chased them but have not heard back. I will have to request a charge back via my bank if I don’t hear back.

Not happy at all.

I placed an order which I immediately cancelled as the supplements can't be taken with the medication I am currently on. The chat service says they receive your request and an agent will be in touch. Within 2 working days. This was on the 9th. It is now the 14th, I've not heard anything and the package has just turned up. There is no returns note in the package so I have once again sent an email and sent a request via the online chat. I will update this review once this has been resolved.

Used the Slim Joy biotic slimming drink and have not lost any weight which was dissapointing. No reduction in abdominal discomfort either. Having said that it may work for others. The product taste's very nice and speed of delivery was good. I requested my money back under the money back guarantee and that has now been refunded. They have some interesting products in their lineup so I may try something else in the future.

My delivery never came, tried to email them as that is the only way to actually contact anyone, however all I had back was a email back saying 'rejected email' not accepting my email and no money back, this is poor customer service and a scam of people's money. That is hard earn money I worked for and this company think it is okay to not deliver the items but also keep the products and keep the 3 day working pay of mine. All I want is a refund, yet no response. How do I get that money back?

As someone who can struggle with sleep these honestly did help. I found I was fighting sleep within half an hour of having this. I found I was in a deep sleep and slept right through until my alarm the following morning. I have PCOS so weightless is hard. The week before I started these my weightless was 3/4 of a lb and today only on day 5 I'm a 1.5lbs. The only difference between the two weeks has been the introduction of this product. I too was skeptical but with the right diet and exercise these really do boost your results but it it still upto you to do the hard work ! There is never a magic pill but these do help keep you motivated with the increased weight loss and the fantastic sleep can only be a good thing.
