I placed an order worth 35.90 on the 8th July. I never received a confirmation email for this order, but the money was taken out of my account. I contacted Slimjoy to query this, and they said they have no record of my order, could I send them a screenshot of the payment. I sent them the screenshot of the payment clearly going to them from my bank on the 8th July. Since then I have emailed countless times asking for an update or a full refund, and have heard back from nobody. I am so annoyed, as like most people right now, I am struggling financially, so was a big chunk to pay for something like this and I had to think before i even paid it. Now i have nothing to show for my money, no refund and no contact.....and still have a belly

Fast delivery. Had no problems with them. I review the product after taking it.

I wouldn't give this company any stars at all.
I purchased the product which was supposed to be a buy one get one free and was charged £212.33. I telephoned immediately to cancel and get a refund but was told I had to wait as the package was already processed. I went to my bank and also contacted the fraud department who got me the moneyI was overcharged but I am still waiting for the refund of my original payment which was in March of 2022.
I have called thier customer service multiple times but no one answers now.
complete scam stay away from this company.

This company is a blatant liar. There site states DHL delivery in 3-5 days. It has now been 14 days, the order is being shipped via YODEL a budget courier company. Have reported to FB and trading standards for false information. They also do not answer any emails nor send any delivery updates ie if there is going to be a delay.

Ordered and paid for my products 18-5-2022 it’s now 24-6-2022, still no goods yet they offer a 30 day money back guarantee! I’ve not had the goods in 30 days so where’s my money? DO NOT BUT FROM THESE THEIVES!!

These is the worst mistake I made is purchasing from this company, after I made my order, they collected the money from my account, that is it, I haven’t received my order till date, I tried contacting them via email, no response, they don’t have a phone number, please don’t buy from this company, they are fake, my money is gone 😫😫

This product does not work . Also the company has been taking monies from my account with no standing order set up . This is illegal.

Really good worth every penny I've lost weight you need to exercise aswell and eat right times people that it's not working for you need to give it chance and maybe change some of Yr lifestyle.you don't put weight on you lose weight iam happy with it 😀 Emily mclean

What a waste. I ordered my products over a week ago and sent them an email too but they have not arrived. I wouldn't even give this company one star. Do not trust them.

Your product is not bad ,but to loose weight on me was a bit difficult maybe trying another different product of yours

If there was an option to give no stars then I would. This product is a complete waste of money not only did I not lose weight but I actually put weight on.

This people just charging my account illegal. I sent more emails to stop sending me products but they keep doing it. When I write emails they ignoring me and there is no phone number to call. Be care full don't do subscriptions otherwise they ll charge your account for ever.

I love your products and intend to keep using them until target weight is achieved. Loving the Kilo shred and night time extreme. Can't wait for my new purchase to arrive.

Slimjoy deserves no star. A friend did tell me about this product which I decided to give it a trial. I did place in orders since last year November, till date im yet to receive order. All I get is your order its on its way. I was scammed of £200. For I ordered two complete packages then.
