Worst experience in Netherlands in terms of service. Price is not transparent ( only verbally made and they don't stick to the price). They also don't stick to their promised arrival time. It can be an hour later than previously agreed.
Don't do business with them if you don't wanna leave a bad taste in your mouth.
Extremely bad service. Had an appointment booked with that company at a certain time slot, that time slot got streched from 3 hours to 5. Several times promised to be there in 30 mins or 45 mins. During last call heard that the monteur is not coming and i'd better get a quote from the competitor. No apologies, no explanation. What a sucky business philosophy!
Watch out, non-trustworthy company. Although the quality of the work was OK they “accidentally” charged 10 times the agreed amount (EUR 1429.-) via PIN payment. The company does not respond to claims to repay the EUR 1300 rip off. Tel. of company 085-0613333369 and mobile 06-13333369.

Wij zijn iet dit bedrijf, beide telefoonnummers zijn niet van ons, we hebben met U contact proberen op te nemen maar U reageert simpelweg niet meer.
Jammer , onze branche zit vol met buitenlandse oplichterspraktijken, wij nog een van de weinige transparante slotenmakers bedrijven die alles netjes doen.
Untrustworthy.
I am not a lock expert so I called Van Delft. I asked for my entire door lock to be fixed, but the locksmith only changed the door handles. After he left I saw that lock was still useless (the door could be opened easily by pushing it) and that the new door handles were even still a bit loose (not tight against the door). The locksmith should have better examined and told me that I needed to change not just the door handles but also the lock.
Now, they will not accept to fix this poor job without making me as a client pay twice for the work like an idiot.
Excellent company, answers the phone reacts quickly, serviceman was very well and knew what he was doing.
