I’m updating my bad experience with Slotlair regarding my withdrawal attempt which had been declined on Jan.10,2026.
After ongoing emails correspondence, and despite of their illogical explanation in regards with their 1x (one time) wagering requirements.
I came to conclusion that they have a quiet bad understanding about what a Science means. Mathematic is a science, and their wagering system is a science. It’s just simply like an example e.g. : I have added some sugars into a cup of hot Tea. I stirred it and both were dissolved . It’s a science.
However , they are trying to convince me that they are still seeing a partial of the Tea in the cup is still not being mixed with the sugar. It’s not a science , it’s a hallucination.
After all the hustles , finally they have released my withdrawal and paid me out.
It sounds like a positive outcome that the situation was resolved after they sent an apology acknowledging the internal misunderstandings within their financial and technical teams.
They have also promised that my future withdrawals which met their wagering one time requirements will be proceed without any issues and delays.
It’s too good to be true, but let’s see
what come next !

I must clearly state that your reply is misleading. You mention that you “sent a clarification email requesting additional information,” but no such email has ever been received by me — neither in my inbox nor in spam/junk folders. This statement is therefore incorrect.
Despite your apologies and generic explanations, my situation remains completely unresolved. I am still waiting for:
A clear and concrete explanation of what happened
Proper and verifiable communication from your side
The return of my funds, which are being unjustifiably withheld
At this point, the lack of transparency, the absence of real communication, and the continued delay strongly suggest negligence and bad faith. This situation has gone on for far too long.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, including written confirmation and the refund of my funds, I will have no alternative but to escalate this case. This will include filing formal complaints with the relevant gambling authorities, regulatory bodies, payment providers, and pursuing legal action where applicable.

Major advice from casino players, people, don't play with the casino. The casino is number 1 in the world of casino theft. Beware of all people who are playing with the casino. Beware of the casino theft.

IMPORTANT: This site has NOTHING to do with Amazon.
Despite calling itself Amazon Slots and even using a fake Amazon-style “smile” logo, this is not connected to Amazon in any way. I honestly don’t know how they’re getting away with it, but it’s misleading as hell and people need to know that upfront.
Now for the actual experience — absolutely shocking casino.
I was playing roulette and consistently placing the same bet: zero and the two numbers either side. I used the replay bet button every spin, so there were no mistakes on my part.
On several occasions, when I pressed replay, it came up with “balance too low”, despite my balance being over £20 every single time. And surprise, surprise — on three separate occasions, the winning number landed on one of my numbers, but only on the spins where the bet mysteriously hadn’t been placed.
Funny how that works.
Customer services were completely useless. Before you reply to this review with your usual scripted copy-and-paste nonsense, save it. They tried blaming it on my welcome bonus, which makes zero sense — because on the very next spin, the exact same bet went through without any issue.
So which is it? Bonus restriction… or a glitch?
Because to anyone with a brain, it’s clearly a system issue, and I’d bet good money plenty of players never even notice it happening. Convenient “balance too low” messages that only appear when the spin would have won — yeah, right.
Between the dodgy betting behaviour, useless support, and the borderline deceptive branding, this site is not trustworthy. I’d strongly advise people to stay well clear.

I've had 2 withdrawals nothing big, but I seem too have hit a brick wall or something, because I'm depositing money, but yet it's not paying anything out not even get a bonus, I spent £100 didn't get 1 bonus or anything. Just feel scammed.

I have been approved my withdrawal on the 18th of this month and still nothing has been paid into my account, so I contacted their awesome support or so this seems as its 24/7 support anyway for them to escalate my case they ask for my bank statements to prove they have not paid the withdrawal, erm really , so why don't they check things on their end as its them that send out the payments, please people do not give personal information to this casino, there are a lot of other casinos that will never ask you for your personal information just to withdraw £110 , hence this casino could very well be scamming people

They give you your cashback, you win big, and they remove you the ballance. They say you made bets above the limit, even when the system blocks it.
Scam casino

Very scammy , casino allowed me to exceed bet amount on playing with bonus money, then when i requested to withdraw they just declined it and said i exceeded bet amount of T&C's bonus , LIKE there was nothing stopping me from betting that amount, now they are refusing to pay me 500€ , can you imagine.... what a poor experience , stay away from this one lads..
I even reached to them asking for a human comprehension and they refused it with a lot of arrogance
