So, from where to start.
1. I am playing on these site from 2-3 months and not worth it. I have deposited untill now over £17 000 and hade some good wins but after the last and unic time I have withdraw a big Winn over £1500, I start losing a lot in 2 weeks I have lost over £15 000 without any improvement.
I have played on Monday on a slot called " big catch bonanza perfect haul" and have started to buy a fre spins on bet £1 per spin and £100 per bonus and have made over 50 times buying the free spins and the slot didn't pay at least 2 times 70%, 80%, 90% or 95% of the mo eh y have bought the bonus.
Yesterday on a different slot with the name " bonanza billion" I have made the same, over 50 times buying the free spin bonus and the slot didn't pay at least 60% of my plaid money and when I was asking for my cashback bonus because in 2 weeks I have lost over £10 000 and the worst, I am a VIP customer and they have denied me my cashback because probably will be over a £600. So who wan to despite they deposited money in to these site, please do it now with your bank and Tele them that you are despite becas it's missing services.

2. These online casino don't hold a valid gambling licence for UK, that's mean they can't operate in the cyber space of UK.
I have contacted the gambling comition of UK and they told me everyone who operates in the UK cyber space, need to hold a valid gambling licence.
So guys, don't play on they're slots, you will losinall your money.
It's a totally scamer.
When you are spending money and you are a VIP on level 16 and you have a " personal VIP manager" and he is answering only when you losing and when you lost a lot and he hade he's comition from your lost money, and you ate looking for him, sendin him a lot of email, he just ignoring you, because he hade his comition.
I have asked him about my cashback and he's answering " I have checked your account and recent activity and I am fully covered from my side, you have to check for new offers and bonuses" and that's it.

i just got sammed on this. i deposited twice 20€. managed to go up to 800€ and they reseted my balanced without a reason, i need some help to take legal actions on this.

A scam casino that allows bonus code to be registered and then no bonuses for Swedish players!
Casino may work for other countries but not all Swedish players will get bonus and playing with real money is RTP below 10%!

Scam Alert – Avoid at All Costs
I had a balance of almost €700 in my account, which suddenly dropped to just over €100 without any valid explanation. My withdrawal request, which normally goes through without issues, was rejected despite meeting all requirements. I have everything documented and will be filing a criminal complaint with the authorities. This company manipulates balances and refuses legitimate withdrawals. Completely untrustworthy — stay away!

Exactly the same here; they refuse to even set your limit. Worse still, a total of €250 in deposits hasn't been credited to your account. They keep asking for statements, and the so-called Manager, Roy Vault, says he's doing everything he can, but he does absolutely nothing! A few thousand euros are going to hell... These scammers need to stop their sweet talk. Check if they have a license for the country where they offer their casino games. If they don't have one, as is the case for the Netherlands, you can reclaim it. I've also reported them to the Dutch government, which oversees this. Together we stand strong, and don't let this casino continue their practices, especially if you ask them to implement limits and/or close your account, because they're obligated to do so. They're already making a big mistake!

Now that I'm on the right track, Mr. Vault sends another email asking if I could provide details, including statements. I've already sent that "good" man this five times...unbelievable.

Very satisfying game

I really don’t know where to start with this absolute bunch of crooks. I opened an account to play a particular game I really enjoy, started playing and started winning. After verifying my account they were paying out but my gambling started to get out of control and I requested to close account. This is when things went bad. Despite multiple requests to the point of wanting to take my own life they avoided closing my account. Eventually they put a timeout on my account. Once they action this you have the ability to restrict your gambling and all the features you would have with any other gambling site. Unfortunately the lure of this game led me to create a new ID and start gambling again. It took a while to win anything but when I did I immediately requested a withdrawal. This was cancelled accusing me of creating a duplicate account my winnings were confiscated, whilst my original stake was returned all previous deposits were not. They are ignoring my emails and from what I can see the ‘duplicate’ account is still open, despite multiple requests. In summary they have no ethics, if you win something it’s 50/50 you will get your money, they don’t care about players they would happily encourage you to gamble thousands knowing full well you have a problem and ignore requests to close an account. AVOID please… manipulative crooks. UPDATE despite asking me to withdraw remaining funds so they could close my account they declined my withdrawal and closed the account anyway. They are now ignoring my emails and have ignored emails on the other account asking to close account. In short they are extremely manipulative especially with people that have gambling issues they are QUITE happy to let you open another account (even though it was disabled) take your money over and over again and when you do win you have no chance of seeing the money. The positive reviews on here are totally fake so advice is look at all the bad reviews take heed and AVOID
