I bought the watch a few years ago, but unfortunately it is always inaccurate, i.e. it can be half an hour late within a day, which is very annoying. I have tried to have it repaired in a shop but the manufacturer nor Slow has an address where it can be sent, several enquiries via the website have gone unanswered for months. Very bad and not recommendable this watch.
I gave my husband this watch (Slow Round 14) as a wedding present. It's super nice and worked fine until it accidentally broke while gardening. The crown got ripped out. I contacted the seller, who was kind enough to send a new watch case. Unfortunately it was not sealed propperly and got condensation and broke. Again Seller was kind and sent another replacement watch case. This works, but slowly loses minutes so it is not to be trusted. So in conclusion, we have received the finest service from the seller, but simpelt cannot recommend the watch. I really wish we could give 5 stars, as it is beautiful and we like the concept of Slow. But the watch just doesn't seem to work, so the 3 stars is only because of the really good service from seller.
