I am extremely disappointed with this duvet. The outer fabric feels very poor and plasticky, and the filling had clumped in the corners, making it completely unusable. Besides that, the packaging was also completely unsuitable. I even sent an email to customer service about returning it, but I haven’t received any reply. Very frustrating experienc
