Slyman was great, more personal than the big box stores. The salesperson was not only knowledgeable in the products they sold, he also gave us personal opinions and suggestions which I felt were very useful. Now the best part, they will beat any price around and they make the buying process very easy and comfortable.

We received out new GE Café refrigerator only to discover that it was too deep for our location/ We immediately went back to Slyman . They helped us find the right depth and arranged pick-up f the original purchase giving us full credit for the return. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I spoke with Jake and told him what I was looking for and that I was possibly going to make my purchase with another local dealer. Jake was able to match the sale price of the other dealer and provide free delivery and haul away of my old appliance, saving me the haul away fee required by the other dealer. The ordering and payment was very easy and quick.

We just purchased a built-in oven/microwave combo, stovetop, and refrigerator for our kitchen remodel. While shopping for appliances is never going to make my list of fun things to do, I must say this was a surprisingly quick and easy process. Bob Slyman greeted us within a couple minutes of walking in. He listened to what we were looking for, walked us around the showroom, answered questions, made some suggestions, and never (I repeat NEVER) tried to pressure us. The South County store is small but has a good selection of appliances without being overwhelming. We very quickly found everything we were looking for at prices we were happy with ... and that, folks, is about all one can ask of an appliance shopping trip!

All of my questions were answered on the online chat. I received a quote and I was then able to call in an order over the phone. The process was quick and easy and I didn't have to drive over an hour to one of the store locations.

I have used Slyman Bros for over thirty years. They are always friendly and include services like old appliances removal for free. The big box stores charge extra for delivery and then even more for old appliances removal. They make the sales and installation process quick and easy and I recommend their family owned stores.

Trent, our salesman, was very helpful when my husband and I shopped for appliances. He answered all of our questions but did not hover over us as my husband and I discussed our options and if we wanted to make a purchase. The next day I called to ask more questions about microwave choices and he quickly e-mailed me another option more suitable to our needs.
