Glasgow Branch. Food was delicious BUT portions were small. I ordered Double Cheese burger 🍔 and the cheese was so melted, miniscule I had to pick the patties apart to check both cheese layers had in fact melted already, nothing like the picture (overflowing cheese). Please up your cheese game.

Had a very long wait for food and when I managed to get it it was very cold :(

Me and my partner came here to eat and we loved the food it was very pleasant place nice and tidy. The service was good 😊 overall we would definitely come again!!

The service was amazing. There were to 2 ways to place an order which meant more orders in little time. I received my order in 10 minutes and it was still hot and fresh. The food itself was also delicious and I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely go again!!

Slow innatentive service, new lad took my order absolutely fine, then manager comes over and asks everything again, multiple times, absolute goldfish memory. Then forgets my hash browns and burns the coffee. Took about 15 minutes, I was the only person in other than someone who arrived after me.
Good luck to the new lad.

Hello, yesterday I was in Smacks hamburger in Cardiff I liked the location of the restaurant as it is inside the center and the decor of the restaurant is eye-catching and I tried their food and sandwiches and it is delicious and I liked it and I liked the level of hygiene of the staff and they have special sauces in the meals and the staff is cooperative, kind and patient. I hope that everyone will try the restaurant and enjoy its delicious meals!

Great food, great value.. fresh and full of flavour... was so reasonable in
price and huge portions. The Staff were really kind, they served us the wrong chicken and instead of just replacing they let us keep this aswell as serve us what we requested. Took my daughter for bday lunch and we left knowing we would return.

I have visited the Southport branch today,the atmosphere in there was very friendly Sam and his team were very helpful with the menu and the food came fast and was very tasty.i would definitely recommend this place.

The chicken burger was the best. The employees were really friendly. Sam gave us peri peri powder on the fries. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend it. The Smacks Southport store.

I asked the employee to remove the pickle and pepper from my burger, he didn't take it off, I went to tell him, and he replied that he couldn't do anything, that's why I hadn't asked, treating me badly inside the Orpington restaurant.
